We want the report to be worth far more than it costs. If it is not, tell us within 30 days of purchase by replying to your report email or contacting support@whatlicenses.com.
- Missing or wrong requirement. If a requirement that the issuing agency confirms applies to your business is missing, or a listed requirement is materially wrong, we re-run the research at no charge or refund you in full. Your choice.
- Research failed. If the report never completes, you are not charged. Payment happens only after the preview is ready.
- Changed your mind. Because the full report is delivered instantly and in full, we cannot refund a report simply because you no longer need it.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
